Ensure you get the lowest price possible on your next vacation. When you book with Thomas Cook we guarantee that you'll get the lowest price.
Book your package vacation with a participating supplier between January 14 until February 6, 2013 for departures from January 21 to April 30, 2013 to qualify!
How to submit a claim
- Step 1: Using the search box on the left, find the exact same pre-packaged vacation you have already booked with us online, by phone or at a participating store. Enter the destination, departure city, hotel, departure date and duration.
- Step 2: Find your exact same package. It must be the same tour operator, date, duration, flight itinerary (must be the same airports, times & flight numbers, class of service), room category and meal plan (ex: All-Inclusive, etc.). Always pay special attention to your class of service (example: Class N or Class X) in your flight itinerary for all of your flights as they sometimes vary.
- Step 3: Confirm the price in the search results (on our websites this will be Step 3 in the booking process, and will say "Availability & Price Confirmed"). It is important to ensure this step is completed as non-confirmed prices cannot be claimed.
- Step 4: Take a screen shot (see an example) of the results from Step 3 and save it on your computer. You will need to attach this screen shot to the email you will send in Step 5.
NOTE: Submissions that do not include screen shots cannot be processed.
- Step 5: Send an email including the information set out above to pricedrop@thomascook.ca. Claims are only accepted up to 7 days prior to departure.
What do I need to submit?
In the email you submit you must include the following information or your claim will not be processed:
- Your full name.
- A contact phone number (the best one to reach you at).
- A valid email address (the best one to reach you at).
- Your booking confirmation number.
- Your departure date.
- The Tour Operator your booking is with.
- How you booked (by phone, online or in a participating). If in-store please provide the store's address.
- The exact date you booked
- A legible, unaltered screen shot of the confirmed price.
