Lowest Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
- Valid only at time of booking
- Price changes made by the tour operator after booking is made do not qualify for the lowest price guarantee.
- Valid on package holidays only
- Not applicable to air only, land only, cruise or group bookings
- Only passengers paying adult rates on the booking where a lowest price guaranteed was applied are eligible for the $100 Price Guarantee Future Travel Voucher
- Valid on Sunquest, Westjet Vacations, Nolitours, Transat Holidays, Air Canada Vacations, Sunwing, Signature, Hola Sun
- Package offered by competitor must be identical - same supplier, departure date, hotel, duration, room type etc.
- Valid on "advertised" rates from our competitors - documentation must be provided - i.e. competitors website printout or copy of ad must be produced as verification in order for Thomas Cooks's lowest price guarantee to apply.
- The competing vacation package must still be available at the advertised price at the time of price matching.
- Lowest Price Guarantee on web pricing is done only against the "verified" pricing displayed in step 3 of the online booking process
- Lowest Price Guarantee not apply to tour operator system pricing error
- Lowest Price Guarantee is subject to change or withdrawal at anytime without notice
Terms of Use of $100 Future Travel Voucher
- Valid for use on a package or cruise holiday booking with Sunquest, Westjet Vacations, Nolitours, Transat Holidays, Sunwing, Signature, Air Canada Vacations and Hola Sun
- Valid on new bookings made by October 31st, 2011 for departures Nov 2011 to April 2012
- Voucher must be submitted at the time of booking
- Future Travel Vouchers cannot be applied to deposit(s). They must be submitted with final payment.
- Vouchers are not valid for use in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, voucher or discount
- Future Travel Voucher has no cash value and is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
- Lost Future Travel Vouchers will not be replaced.
- Future Travel Voucher is non-refundable.
- The original Future Travel Voucher must be submitted at the time of redemption, no photocopies accepted.
